How it works
- The invoice comes inStaff snap the delivery invoice in the Employee Hub, or it arrives as a PDF, a Fintech file or a forwarded email.
- Every line is readItem, quantity and cost are read off each line and matched to the products in your store.
- Costs that moved are flaggedAny line that costs more than last time is flagged on the invoice, before you pay the bill.
- Staff check the delivery inEach line is marked here, new or not here, so what you pay for matches what came off the truck.
Why it matters
Typing an invoice in by hand is slow, and a cost entered wrong carries into every margin report after it. Reading the invoice removes both the typing and the mistakes.
The invoice is the bill. When Kessa takes cost from the invoice itself, your margin reflects what you were actually charged, and a price change is caught the day the invoice arrives.
Common questions
- Can staff photograph a paper invoice?
- Yes. Staff snap the delivery invoice in the Employee Hub when the truck arrives, and every line is read from the photo.
- Which distributors does it work with?
- Kessa reads invoices from Empire Distributors, RNDC Georgia, United Distributors, Georgia Crown, Atlanta Beverage, and more. If your distributor sends a PDF, a Fintech file or a paper invoice, it can be read.
- Do I still have to type invoices in?
- No. The invoice is read for you. You review what was flagged instead of entering every line.
