Catch every distributor price increase

Any cost that went up is flagged on the invoice line before you pay the bill. Once a week, Kessa also texts you the costs that moved, with a link to review them. There is no dashboard to remember to check.

How it works

  1. The invoice is readEvery line's cost is compared with what that item cost you before.
  2. Increases are flagged on the lineA cost that went up is marked on the invoice itself, so you see it before you pay.
  3. The weekly textOnce a week Kessa texts you the costs that moved, with a link straight to the review.
  4. You decide what to doKeep the shelf price, or reprice from the new cost and send it to your register.

Why it matters

Distributors change costs from one delivery to the next, and an increase rarely comes with a phone call. Spotted weeks later, it has already eaten the margin on every bottle sold in between.

Catching it on the invoice means you find out on the day it happens, while you can still ask the rep about it or adjust the shelf price.
