Check in every delivery, line by line

Staff mark every invoice line as here, new or not here before anything is confirmed. Every delivery is checked three ways: the AI read, an invoice-agent review, and an employee count. A missing line is caught and flagged at the door.

How it works

  1. The invoice is readEvery line is read and matched to your products.
  2. Staff check each lineIn the Employee Hub, each line is marked here, new or not here.
  3. Three checks agreeThe AI read, an invoice-agent review and the employee count are compared.
  4. Shorts are flaggedA line marked not here is flagged at check-in, so a short shipment is caught while the driver is still there.

Why it matters

A short shipment found a week later is hard to get credited. Found at the door, it is a conversation with the driver.

Checking each delivery three ways means a misread line or a miscount gets caught by one of the other two.

Common questions

What are the three checks?
The AI read of the invoice, an invoice-agent review, and the count your employee does at check-in.
What happens when something is missing?
Staff mark the line as not here at check-in, and it is flagged so the short is caught at the door.
Does a missing line stop the invoice?
No. The line is flagged at check-in; the rest of the delivery is checked in as normal.
