Kessa for Square liquor stores

Kessa connects straight to your Square account and reads your sales and your item catalog. When it sends a price back, the rest of the item stays exactly as you set it up.

How it works

  1. Sign in with SquareConnect your Square account from Kessa.
  2. Your sales and items come acrossSales and your item catalog are read from Square.
  3. Invoices fill in the costDistributor invoices give each Square item its real cost.
  4. Prices go back, item intactWhen an approved price is sent, Kessa sends the whole item back with it, so its SKU, barcode and name are kept.

Why it matters

Square replaces the whole item whenever its price is changed. A tool that sends only the new price can wipe the SKU, barcode and name off the item without any warning. Kessa reads the full item first and sends all of it back with the change.
