Approved prices go straight to your register
Price changes you approve go to your register, and nothing changes until you say yes. No retyping prices at the counter after you've decided them.
Updated October 19, 2026
How it works
- You approve a priceFrom a cost increase, a suggested reprice, or your own change.
- Kessa sends it backThe approved price goes to Clover, Square or Lightspeed.
- The register rings the new priceYour cashiers don't type anything in.
Why it matters
Deciding a new price is one job; getting it onto the register is another, and the second one is where prices get missed. Sending the approved price back removes the retyping.
Common questions
- Which registers can receive prices?
- Clover, Square and Lightspeed. Stores on another register send a sales file, and Kessa sends nothing back to them.
- Can a price change without me?
- No. A price is only sent after you approve it.
