Kessa for Clover liquor stores

Kessa connects straight to your Clover merchant account and reads your sales, your item catalog and your on-hand counts. Clover keeps ringing the sale; Kessa adds the invoice reading, cost alerts and ordering Clover doesn't do.

How it works

  1. Sign in with CloverConnect your Clover merchant account from Kessa.
  2. Your store comes acrossSales, your item catalog and on-hand counts are read from Clover.
  3. Invoices fill in the costDistributor invoices give each Clover item its real cost, so margin is right.
  4. Changes go back to CloverA checked-in delivery can add units, a confirmed count can set the count, and an approved price can be sent to Clover.

Why it matters

Clover is built to ring sales and take cards. It only knows what a bottle cost if someone types it in, and in a liquor store costs move on every delivery. Kessa fills in cost from the invoices, so the margin on your Clover items is the margin you actually make.
