Your next order, already written
One draft order per distributor, ready on that distributor's order day. Kessa knows each distributor's order day and what has actually sold since the last truck, so the order is ready before you sit down to it.

How it works
- Kessa knows the order dayIt knows the day each distributor takes your order.
- It finds what's lowLow items are found from what actually sold since the last truck.
- Staff count the shelfA quick count from their phones confirms what is really there.
- You review the draftKessa prices the order for you to review and copy to your distributor.
Why it matters
Writing orders by hand takes an evening a week and depends on remembering what sold. Starting from your real sales means the draft already reflects the week you had.
On-hand numbers drift. A count right before the order keeps you from ordering what is already in the back.
Common questions
- Does Kessa place the order with my distributor?
- No. It writes and prices the draft. You review it and copy it to your distributor.
- How does it know what to order?
- From what actually sold since the last truck, checked against a shelf count from your staff.
- Where does the sales data come from?
- From your register. Clover, Square and Lightspeed connect directly, and any other register can send a sales file.
- Do my staff need a scanner to count?
- No. Counts are done on the phones they already carry, in the Employee Hub.
