Kessa for Lightspeed X-Series
Kessa connects straight to your Lightspeed X-Series account and reads your sales, your item catalog and your on-hand counts. It adds distributor invoices to the picture, which Lightspeed has no way to read.

How it works
- Sign in with LightspeedConnect your Lightspeed X-Series account from Kessa.
- Your store comes acrossSales, your item catalog and on-hand counts are read from Lightspeed.
- Orders start from your salesSmart Order uses your Lightspeed sales to find what is running low before each distributor's order day.
- Changes go back to LightspeedA checked-in delivery can add units, a confirmed count can set the count, and an approved price can be sent to Lightspeed.
Why it matters
Lightspeed is a general retail register, so it has no idea what your liquor distributors charged you this week. Kessa reads those invoices and puts the real cost next to your Lightspeed sales.
